Sire: Sand Piper II Dam: Misty 2000 Pipers Blu Mountain Mist is a son of Sand Piper II. He is a flashy pinto with blue eyes hence his name. His dam Misty 2000 is not a Misty descendant, despite her name. Blu Mist was born on Mike Pryor's farm in Pennsylvania and was later sold to Michele Ziegler. Michele trained him to ride and she occasionally used him for pony rides.
