Dewy is the first known foal of Rainbow, and was sired by either by Thunder or Cyclone who were the farm stallions at the time. She was a chestnut pinto and her birth was even announced in the Chincoteague newspaper. Dewy was probably sold, but it is not known exactly what happened to her.
