March 28, 1990 Chestnut Pinto Colt Great Grandson of Misty Sire: Stormcloud Dam: Foggy Mist Drizzle's Pedigree Drizzle was Foggy Mist's fifth foal, and the last foal of hers to be born on the Chincoteague Miniature Pony Farm. When he was a few months old Drizzle and his mother were purchased by Rainy's new owner and went to live on a farm in Maryland. Drizzle's name had been Maelstrom at the time, named by Celina Boltinghouse. His new owner had trouble pronouncing it so she re-named him Drizzle.
