Gusty was Misty II's first known foal. Very little is known about Gusty except that she was listed in the family tree in the Pictorial Life Story of Misty. The only illustrative material on her is a photograph taken by Joesph R. Spies, who photographed several of the earlier members of Misty's family. As Mugwah sired Foggy Mist in 1978, Gusty was also most likely sired by Mugwah.
