June 7, 1997 Bay Gelding Great Great Great Granddaughter of Misty Sire: Lightning of Chincoteague Dam: Misty's Partly Cloudy Moonlight's Pedigree Misty's Moonlight is Misty's Partly Cloudy's first foal. He was foaled at night out in the pasture and the Allen's found him by the light of the moon, thus his name. He was a surprise foal and Partly Cloudy apparently had a secret meeting with Lightning of Chincoteague. Moonlight is a small pony standing only 12.3 hands. He appeared at the Chincoteague Pony Centre and was a mellow pony. Moonlight and Misty's Scorcher were sold to a farm in New Jersey in 2003. He was later offered for sale online.
