1959 Black Pinto Chincoteague Pony Stallion

Rebel was a black pinto Chincoteague Pony stallion owned by Joanne Kricker of Maryland. Rebel's owner had asked Kendy Allen if she was looking for a stallion for Misty II and the two ponies were bred. The result was the 1989 black pinto mare Misty's Black Mist. The Kricker's made Rebel his favorite treat, blueberry muffins, in celebration of his daughter's birth. Misty II was supposed to be bred back to Rebel, but the stallion was 30 years old when Black Mist was born and he died shortly afterwards.
