Red Cloud is Partly Cloudy's third foal and the only one to share his mother's red pinto coloring. He was born and raised by the Allens until he was weaned. Susan Mueller bought him and he went to live on her farm. Susan plans to use Red Cloud as stud for her own herd of Chincoteague ponies.
