Struck By Lightning's Pedigree

Struck by Lightning, better known as Bear, is a bay pinto gelding. He was a complete surprise to his owner Lisa Christian. Her stallion, Lightning of Chincoteague, apparently had a secret meeting with Chance of Rain and the result was Bear. He is Chance's first offspring. Bear lived at Cool Winds Ranch in Texas until July 2007 when he traveled from his home in Texas to Chincoteague. He is a lesson pony at Knights Landing Stables alongside family member Misty's Chesapeake Bay.
