Sunfire is the second foal of May Day Twister, and her first son. He was a vivid orange color when he was born, but shedded out to a palomino. Unlike his older sister Heart of the Storm, Sunfire looks a great deal like his mother. Sunfire also has one blue eye like his aunt Heat Wave. He has been broken to ride and can be seen at Chincoteague Pony Centre in the summer months.
