Penny is the dam of 1991 black pinto stallion Windjammer, 1990 bay pinto mare Chemina Mist, and 1992 black pinto colt Junior all sired by Cyclone. She is also the dam of two registered Paint Horses, Expensive Hobby in 1986 and Penny's First Cent in 1988. Penny is the paternal granddam of Nightmist and is the source of his black coloring, although Gentle Breeze is sometimes erroneously listed in Penny's spot. Penny died of colic three months after her last foal, Junior, was born.
