Twister was Twilight's first foal and was sired by a Quarter Horse stallion. She was a beautiful pinto and was much loved by Marguerite Henry for her beauty. Twister was to have appeared in her dam's book, including illustration, but her part was cut out. Twister was sold or given away when Dr. Price had to break up Stolen Hours Farm.
