2025 Breyer model Surfer's Riptide went through the auction later that morning where he was sold as a "buyback" and returned to the island herd. It was always special to see these two golden girl sisters together. Misty's MayDay Twister is on the right and Misty's Heat Wave is on the left. Both were daughters of Misty's SunPiper and Misty II. They're pictured here at the Chincoteague Pony Centre in 2009. They passed away in 2016 a few months apart.
