Did you know there's a Misty's Meadow park in Wayne, Illinois? It's near where Misty lived, but wasn't part of Marguerite Henry's Mole Meadow farm. The park was named in a 1997 contest by Wayne Elementary School.
Thanks to Saddle Seeks Horse for the picture! Neither of of us have had the opportunity to visit, yet... For more Misty places to visit our website: https://www.mistysheaven.com/mistypilgrimages.html

A really cool Beebe Ranch souvenir in the Misty's Heaven collection. It's a palomino pinto foal made of ceramic and seemingly hand painted. It's cold painted, not fired ceramics. The sticker is what really makes it. As you can see it says it's from Beebe Ranch, Home of Misty. Best guess is it's from the 1960's.
Photo from the premier of Misty at the Island Theatre on Chincoteague. Misty is standing in the crowd on Main Street with Ralph Beebe. This photo appeared in The Daily Times on June 15, 1961.
A famous photo of Misty helping Marguerite Henry at her typewriter. The photo was the inspiration for an illustration in the book Misty the Wonder Pony.
