Foggy is the second known foal of Foggy Mist, and is either a son of his uncle Thunder or his cousin Cyclone. Little is known about him aside from being listed in the Pictorial Life Story of Misty family tree. However, a photo of Foggy with his dam is known to exist so it is known that he was a chestnut pinto.
