2007 Bay Pinto Chincoteague Pony Mare
Star Sapphire was born on Assateague and sold at the auction to the Rice family of Massachusetts. Star is the daughter of popular island ponies Miracle Man and Destiny's Feathering Spirit. She was bred to Misty's Irish Mist and is the dam of 2010 black pinto gelding Misty's Black Mister and 2011 black pinto gelding Misty's Black Out. Star was later donated to the Chincoteague Pony Rescue who re-homed her.
