April 24, 1983 Colt Great Grandson of Misty Sire: Thunder or Cyclone Dam: Windy Hurricane's Pedigree Storm Cloud or Hurricane was Windy's fourth known foal. His sire was either his uncle Thunder or his brother Cyclone, at that time the stallions were turned out with the mares on alternate days. He was sold at an auction on July 26, 1983 by the Chincoteague Miniature Pony Farm in a special Diamond Jubilee Auction. The auction was written about in the Salisbury, Maryland newspaper. He was not mentioned in an article following the auction so his fate is unknown. In a 1983 Pony Farm brochure his name was listed as Storm Cloud but in the newspaper article it was Hurricane. The name Storm Cloud had already been used on Foggy Mist's 1981 foal and the name Hurricane was re-used on his 1985 brother.
