WH Windy's Beach Boy, better known as just Beach Boy, is a black pinto stallion living feral on Assateague Island. He was bred by Jim Beach of Walnut Hill Farm in Avondale, Pennsylvania. Beach Boy was sold to the Chincoteague Volunteer Fire Company in 2015. He is a full brother to WH Wildfire, who is also living feral on Assateague, and lookalike black pinto gelding Chincoteague's Travelin' Preacher.
Beach Boy sired his first foal in 2021, a short lived black pinto filly out of Miss Admiral Halsey. He sired three foals in 2022; chestnut pinto filly The Will of Susannah out of Tiger Lily, black pinto filly CLG Misty's Lunar Eclipse out of Judy's Sunshine who was kept for the feral herd, and black pinto filly Miss Holy Smokes out of Molly's Rosebud who was also kept for the feral herd. In 2023 he sired two black pinto colts, bay pinto filly On Island Time, and a chestnut pinto filly. He's sired a bay colt, a buckskin pinto colt, a bay pinto filly named Sparrows, and a black pinto filly in 2024. A photo of Beach Boy was included on the 2024 Pony Penning poster.
