Calico's Last Surprise, nicknamed Sassy, is a palomino pinto mare was born at 4S Chincoteague Ponies in Weldon, California. She's her sire's last foal hence her name. Sassy's a half sister to Misty's Heavenly Delight, Misty's Rainy Delight, and Misty's Sandy Delight, all by Misty's Summer Rainstorm. A deposit had been put down on Sassy by Lisa Perry, but she kindly offered for the filly to stay at 4S after the death of her sire Calico Kid. Lisa owns Sassy's first foal 2022 palomino pinto colt Misty's Stormy Blessing sired by Misty's Summer Rainstorm. Her second foal in was another palomino pinto, a filly named Misty's Noble Storm sired by Misty's Summer Rainstorm born in 2023.
