Sonny's Legacy is a chestnut pinto Chincoteague Pony mare that lives on Assateague. Her sire is Don Leonard Stud and her dam is Shyanne. She's a full sister to WH Sea Breeze, the dam of WH Windy's Beach Boy. One of her daughters has been kept for the herd, Landis & RJ's Cottontail. Sonny's Legacy had a chestnut pinto filly by WH Windy's Beach Boy in 2023. The filly could be by another stallion, but she looks more like the Misty family stallion and Don Leonard Stud who she would be inbred to.
