Misty's Icicle is Misty's Heat Wave's third foal and first daughter. She was born on a cold March day and for that reason she was christened Icicle by Kerra Allen. She is the first cremello in the Misty line, sporting the characteristic blue eyes and a pink skin. Because of her light coloring special care has to be taken to make sure she does not get sunburnt. Icicle has her mother's mellow and loving disposition.
Icicle spent many summers at the Chincoteague Pony Centre. She has been trained under saddle and was a member of the Chincoteague Pony Drill Team. Icicle is pictured alongside her dam and other Misty family members in the book Horses in Living Color by Barbara Livingston. Icicle had her first foal in 2011, a palomino colt named Misty's Frosty Mist who was sired by Tuffer Than Leather. She had her second foal on May 6, 2018, a smoky black pinto filly named Misty's Audra Rain who was sired by Chesapeake Powhattan's Promise.
Icicle was sold to Eileen Long and her family in 2020 and joined her son Misty's Frosty Mist and granddaughter Misty's Nana Rose. Her new rider is Eileen's granddaughter Emma. She had her third foal in 2024 a double dilute filly named Misty's Moonlight Dancer and her fourth in 2025 a double dilute colt named Misty's Winter Storm.
