Misty's Scorcher is Misty's Heat Wave's second foal, and was born on the Allen farm in Pennsylvania. Scorcher stands 13 hands and has a blazing red coat, hence his name. He is a sweet pony who loves attention and is not above trying to give slobbery kisses to someone he likes. Scorcher could be seen at the Chincoteague Pony Center before being sold with Misty's Moonlight to a farm in New Jersey. Scorcher and his dam are a couple of the ponies in the painting Cezanne's Legacy by Kevin McBride.
