Misty's Colors of the Wind, nicknamed Hot Shot, is Misty's Wind Spirit's third foal. He is the first known bay pinto member of Misty's family. He is almost a carbon copy of his sire Lightning, even their markings are similar. Hot Shot was raised and trained by the Allens and was a part of the Chincoteague Pony Drill Team. In 1999 he performed as a member of the Drill Team at Kentucky Horse Park. He spent a summer at the newly opened Chincoteague Pony Centre in 2000. Hot Shot was sold to the Blomquist sisters in Illinois where he still lives today.
