Dancing in the Moonlight, nicknamed Ayla, is Winter Moon's third foal born on Assateague. She's a full sister to short lived feral mare CLG Maureen's Misty Moon, Misty's Mountain Moon, and SCC Misty's Hailstorm. Ayla means "circle of light around the moon". She was sold at the Pony Penning auction for $4,200 to Mary Kendall Mallory from Michigan. Ayla lives with fellow Assateague born Misty descendants Riptide's Summer Misty Night and Misty's Inferno.
