Misty's Dust Storm is Misty's Desert Sun's second foal and first son. He shares his mother's solid chestnut color. Dust Storm is a full brother to Misty's Cloudbursts and Misty's Moonshine, all of whom are sired by Cezanne. Dust Storm was named by Kenneth Allen and was nicknamed Dusty. He and his dam could be seen at an island hotel's pony pasture during the summer months of 2006. Dusty was sold to a new home a few hours from Chincoteague.
