Misty's Thunderstorm, nicknamed Thor, is Misty's Irish Mist's first offspring. He was born in Massachusetts on John and Della Rice's farm. He was later sold to Kendy Allen along with his half brothers Misty's Black Mister and Misty's Black Out. He bears great resemblance to his dam Peaches with nearly identical markings.
Thor is a member of the Chincoteague Pony Drill Team. During Pony Penning 2018 he appeared live on the Today Show in NBC alongside his sire and aunt Misty's Morning Glory. Thor lives with his sire and brothers at Kerkaken Acres and frequently performs alongside them. He traveled with the rest of the Drill Team to Kentucky Horse Park in August 2024 to perform. Their last drill of the weekend was done bareback and bridleless, unfortunately a photogrpaher spooked him and started bucking with his rider Lacy making an unscheduled dismount. Thor ran around the ring a couple times, ran to his owner standing at the gate, but then promptly lined back up and finished the drill riderless!
