Stormy Mist is one of Nightmist's 2008 foals. Her name was previously used on the ill fated daughter of Foggy Mist. Stormy Mist has three full sisters. She was born on Mike Pryor's farm in Pennsylvania.
Stormy Mist was sold to Debbie Ober and lived at Hawkeye Stables in Maryland for several years. here she had two foals sired by formerly feral stallion Tornado, a bay pinto gelding named Misty's Tornado Warning in 2011 and a chestnut pinto gelding Misty's Perfect Storm in 2012. She was later sold to Lorianne Martin of Pennsylvania.
